Courses for businesses

13% of all jobs in North America are sales. But how many of your business development reps learned about sales in university or college?

None? That’s what we thought. Most amazing sales reps studied other things during their post-secondary education: marketing, accounting, finance, science, engineering. And while we’re sure they’re amazing, you wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t think there might be more to learn.

We’ve developed a hands-on course that can teach your team the science, art, and tools of engineering revenue.

The Science:

These are the fundamentals. Your team will learn about:

  • Prospecting research
  • Personas and critical events
  • Effective lead generation and management
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • First contact essentials
  • Preparing and executing sales calls
  • Objection handling

And most importantly: how to close!

The Art:

Not everyone’s the same. You don’t need to be outgoing to be an amazing salesperson! Your team will learn:

  • How to find their voice
  • Presentation skills
  • Email and phone skills
  • Relationship development
  • How to manufacture a critical event
  • How to establish trust

The Tools:

Finally, we’ll talk about the tools that are in every great sales person’s toolkit:

  • Prospect playbook
  • Qualifying questions
  • LinkedIn Navigator
  • Social selling
  • Customer discovery workbook
  • Value case workbook

The Process:

We’ll start with six weekly two hour workshops. Your team will learn how to develop their sales pipeline and generate revenue in an interactive classroom setting.

Then, we move on to 12 weekly one hour sales meetings, where our experienced sales professionals act as a personal coach and sales manager. We’ll keep your team accountable to their goals, and help them grow their revenue.

70% Science, 30% Art

Our programs are designed to teach the science, and help your team discover the art. At the end of the day, you’re left with a disciplined, repeatable sales process, and a path to greater revenue.

Let's talk!
